Cluster 10 completes the pattern by drawing all the earlier strands toward the center of care.

We speak often of developing minds. Yet hearts too must be formed. At this final stage of the journey, intellect alone is not enough. Here, thought and feeling move together, guided by the twin rails of root and context. Emotional intelligence is not an accessory. It is a compass. 6. Student Well-Being – The atmosphere that makes learning possible. Safety, inclusion, and joy as daily climate, not decoration.
