Welcome to jvdt.net. By accessing or using this site, subscribing, or purchasing lessons or support materials (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1) Who we are

“JVDT”, “we”, “us” refers to the JVDT Learning Hub operating jvdt.net.

2) Using the site

 

  • You must use the site lawfully and respectfully.

  • You may browse freely; some features (e.g., purchases or downloads) may require you to provide accurate contact details.

  • If you create an account (now or in future), keep your login confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

 

Age. The site is for general audiences. To make a purchase, you must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your region). If you are younger, a parent/guardian must complete the purchase.

3) Educational content (no professional advice)

All materials are for educational purposes. They are not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and are provided “as is” for learning and classroom use.

4) Purchases, pricing & taxes

  • Prices are shown at checkout and may change from time to time.

  • Applicable taxes are added as required by law.

  • You agree to pay all fees and taxes shown at checkout.

 

Payments. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not receive your full card details. After payment, you’ll receive confirmation and (where applicable) an invoice/receipt.

 

Refunds. Our Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available. Please read it before purchasing.

5) Digital delivery & license

Unless stated otherwise, lessons and support materials are digital.

 

Your license. When you purchase or download a resource, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your personal or classroom use. You may not resell, redistribute, upload publicly, share to open repositories, or claim ownership of JVDT materials without written permission.

6) Intellectual property

All content on jvdt.net—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio/video, downloads, and the JVDT methodology branding—is owned by JVDT or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7) Fair use & acceptable conduct

Please do not:

 

  • copy, mirror, or scrape large parts of the site;

  • bypass or interfere with security or access controls;

  • infringe others’ rights (privacy, IP, or otherwise);

  • upload or transmit malware, spam, or harmful content;

  • harass, abuse, or disrupt other users or our Services.

 

We may suspend or terminate access if these rules are breached.

8) Your content

If you send us messages, feedback, or submissions, you represent that you have the right to share them. You grant JVDT a non-exclusive license to use feedback to improve the Services. We will not publish your private messages without consent.

9) Third-party services & links

We may link to or embed third-party services (e.g., video players, mapping). Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party content.

10) Availability & changes

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but occasional downtime or errors can occur. We may change or discontinue features, content, or pricing at any time.

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is posted here with the Effective date. If changes are material, we may also notify you by email or a notice on the site.

11) Warranties & liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JVDT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. In any case, our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to JVDT for the item or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event.

 

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.​

 

12) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold JVDT harmless from claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

 

13) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in France shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may also grant you rights.
